He’art She’ai provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”) that may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition to this, you shall be subject to the operating rules / policies applicable to individual services on heartsheai.com which may be posted from time to time. He’art She’ai may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of Terms of Service heartsheai.com (“Service”) is owned and operated by Services 2 He’art She’ai hereinafter referred to as ” He’art She’ai”. heartsheai.com, the service shall hereinafter be referred to as ” He’art She’ai”. This Service is provided to you (“Member”) under the Terms of Service (“TOS”) and any operating rules or policies that may be published on He’art She’ai which comprises the entire agreement between Member and He’art She’ai and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By completing the registration process and clicking the “CREATE MY ACCOUNT” button, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms of service of the agreement.
Description of Service He’art She’ai is providing Member with a facility to get any required task in India completed through professional means from anywhere in the world via this service He’art She’ai. He’art She’ai reserves the right to charge Member or their Parents/Friends/Relatives for this Service as per the tariff structure provided on He’art She’ai. Member must: (1) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web; (2) provide for own access to the World Wide Web and pay any telephone service fees associated with such access.
In consideration for this Service, Member agrees to: (1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about Member as prompted to do so by the Service and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information requested on original sign up shall be referred to as registration data (“Registration Data”) (3) Provide correct and accurate information so as to enable He’art She’ai to deliver services as requested by Member. All information requested for executing task requests shall be referred to as Order related data (“Order Data”).
Furthermore, Member grants He’art She’ai the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about Member and Service membership in the aggregate; however, such disclosures will exclude Member’s name, mailing address, email address, account and phone number, unless: (1) Member expressly directs He’art She’ai, or any other person Member may specifically designate to disclose such information through the Service as provided by the Service or (2) He’art She’ai is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on He’art She’ai. If any information provided by Member is inaccurate, He’art She’ai retains the right to terminate Member’s He’art She’ai membership and Agreement to use the Service.
Services 2 He’art She’ai as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time..
Modifications to Terms of Services He’art She’ai may change the terms of service of the Agreement from time to time, without notice to the Member. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time.
Member’s continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative: (1) acknowledgment by Member of the Agreement and its modifications; and (2) agreement by Member to abide and be bound by the Agreement and its modifications.
Modifications to any Services: He’art She’ai reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service He’art She’ai with or without notice to Member. He’art She’ai shall not be liable to Member or any third party should He’art She’ai exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service He’art She’ai.
